oh man. is there a vegetarian version of meatloaf that's good and tastes like real meatloaf? i started eating chicken and fish, but i haven't had beef in over ten years so i'm not about to risk the puking on meatloaf. man, it sounds good, though!

tvp=textured vegetable protein. my roommate's indian friend made turkey meatloaf once. it just wasn't the same. :(((

I use 1/2 ground turkey & 1/2 spicy Italian sausage in my meatloaf!

It is integral to LEAVE THE SKINS IN the mashed potatoes.
