I've never been there either! I have been to Bop Shop records and House of Guitars but that's about it for me exploring the decadent rock scene of the R. Oh wait, once I bought a record from someone on eBay and it turned out to be the wife of a Chesterfield King!

once at the bug jar in march 2004 this late 30s-ish mom-type was at the bar getting so so drunk and then when wolf eyes was playing and she came in and danced very sloppily with some kid with wine glass in hand! she had very early 90s hair. it really sticks out in my bug jar memory.

i saw rtx/makeup when I was in college. this friend of mine called me and said, "hey ruth wants to see the makeup with you". ruth was this jacked up superhot swimmer chick with massive indie rock love. we went to the show, had donuts after, drove back to ithaca, and made out briefly. good times.
