i have a couple clarence reid 45's...and they totally trump the one blowfly lp i have.

Don't know about value but they are always quickly snatched up in record stores.

I was actually introduced to Blowfly in hi school by a friend who is pretty big into vinyl and was gifted w/ some blowfly records by a perverted boss.

i saw blowfly years ago at a really awesome show that only like 20 people came to. it was called nuttstalk and it was norwood from fishbone putting a buncha bands together for a night. blowfly played with fish and norwood as his backup. also it was the first appearance of then hermit john fruciante since he quit the chilis when he was all fucked up. john came out on stage and his arms were all burned and fucked up to the point of like grotesqueness. he sang like jandek. what a weird night.

my friend bill played drums for blowfly in chicago a couple years ago, they wound up playing the same club about 5 months ago and blowfly totally tried to scoop bill's wife. it was awesome.
