what a time... what a crazy time... it is really insane in this world in general. And now, the fall, and "things happen in the fall" -entertainment and cultural events... premiers, showings... gatherings... and our country is so fucked it is insane... and maybe there is a sense of "how can we really be celebrating this___________ when so many people are being brutalized by nature and humans beyond fuckedness????" that sense is valid. it makes sense. but what about the sense of/or the idea to crreate positive energy fields, to celebrate life, to acknowledge and gather to discuss what is wrong in large groups, like, conventions where we hug the friends that made it and talk about hopes and sorrows for the ones who didn't, and strategize about what we do from here? Those situations are worthwhile. Let us get together and discuss in channels which were already layed out before these things happened... (I must tell you, in truth, that seeing it this way is the only way I get thr
ough, so
if you can't fully realate, then please bear with me... but really... yess).
If you are going to CMJ in NY this week, cause that is what you do and are ready to gather and hug and discuss, I want you to be officially invited to these two events:

-the new issue of ANP Quarterly just came out and is starting to ship this week.
-I have westcoast and eastcoast tours comming up in October, NEW ENGLAND ROSES will play NY in October, and a whole US tour with Hawnay Troof in Nov.Dec.
-the new BARR album comes out in the US on October 11 and europe, uk, in November....
