looks rad... glad this is finally happening... immediate thoughts:

-dude, if tv has commercials, it should be free. $1.99 is too expensive. UNLESS... we're talking like hbo shows and shit. $1.99 for the latest episode of free antenna tv with commercials is no good.
-too bad it's super low res... it'd be nice to plug it into a tv and go.
-tivo export to ipod? etc?
-video cam out to ipod? (to soulseek/torrent/nonipod format?)

i'm sure it'll only be a matter of time before there are commercials in there. i mean, if advertisers are the main income source for network tv, then they're gonna start bitching ASAP that the content they support doesn't have their ads.

also note that the whole scheme hinges on apple.

this tech won't take off unless it becomes more open to competition. the next competitor can offer videos with commercials.. .and if the video price is much, much cheaper aka nearly free or free, it'll be way more popular.

Actually, I have no idea. I only get to see videos when I saty in hotels. And last time, I did that, they played that one Mike Jones video again and again and again...and then they showed the making of it!
