they must've not gotten a notice

-- j blount (jamesbloun...), November 19th, 2005. (papa la bas) (later)

cuz that's what the feds do now, instead of yknow arresting people or levying heavy fines. they send invisible notices and have home schooled kids spread the word anonymously online.

um i'd say gonzales has given some indication about what they're prosecuting as obscene by who they're actually yknow prosecuting. hint: not people writing wakka wakka rotten.com 'essays' and not suicidegirls. better play it safe and keep posting anonymously though. cowardice in the face of non-existant threats is always the way to go. better to be a pussy than to show one right?

yeah we'd figured out the basics from penthouse in sixth grade ('apparently you want to stick yr cock inside them in some fashion - this is weird, wild stuff'), we had sex ed in health class in eighth grade - they split the class in two, boys and girls, i guess so we wouldn't eye each other suspiciously in horror when we learned how our bodies work. it was fairly clinical, very biology class, with a nonhysterical (ie it's wasn't 'this is what will happen if you do it - it'll ruin yr life!!!', not stated at least) focus on reproduction, we learned about c-sections, etc. we learned about birth control but i don't remember putting a condom on a cucumber or anything. i remember very clearly watching this kinda lo-fi video of a woman giving birth that worked like 'scared straight' on us basically. the next year we found out that our teacher, coach mck1nn3y, had been fucking two of our female classmates. 110%.

yeah but did you see what the NYT said about this thread (not that i read the NYT much anymore) (ever since they started publishing david brooks, but whatever) (although sometimes i think their football coverage is good) (not as good as gregg easterbrook, tho)? they compared it to crunk (which isn't a bad comparison, really, except the "eastern media elite" covering ATL gets pretty tiresome).

NEW PROPOSAL: a person starting a thread can ban ONE ilxor from posting on said thread (with the obvious caveat that the thread can't be about said banned ilxor) - HERE'S THE TWIST: a person starting a thread has to ban ONE ilxor from posting on that thread AND everyone can see who you banned AND each subsequent poster can unban that poster and then ban someone else cuz 'ownership' of threads is a rightwing inherently undemocratic auteurist prop AND i think this could have funny results maybe. ALSO you must assign yr thread a color and a number and when the threads are added together we arrive at a rainbow and it = infinity! also we can embed some fucking tull in the threads maybe already. we should find a way to leave pieces of candy on the board for others to find also i propose.

haha this is corny as hell (and i'm really way too young to even be allowed to think like this) but i caught a few minutes of the e! true hollywood story on john john earlier this evening and they showed the rfk 'and now on to chicago' clip and i actually teared up and thought 'god how things could've been different'. cue dion.

matt you really should check that sparks album out - ultimate moroder, great stuff! i was always wary to disinterested in sparks before, i used to work with a guy who played them ALL THE TIME so i figured i'd heard enough to know what i thought (and what i thought was 'plz put queen back in')(and even now this is the only album of theirs i'm crazy about) but lo and behold he didn't play their disco album which really is one of a kind, i can't think of another album like it (if lodger was more disco than reggae maybe it'd slide alongside it), also earlier this year i went thru a pretty big personal tragedy i won't get into here and driving back thru alabama and west georgia and bawling my eyes for the first time ever listening to disintegration despite having heard that album a million times and never even moping once during it (and i could mope as a 14 year old!) and basically wanting to be consumed by pain and mourning cuz i didn't want to 'get over' or 'move on' (and i haven't and i won't) it was this album that shook me out of it enough to function, gave me hope, washed that mania right out of my hair. dl "la dolce vita" - it's tight!

BLOUNT (PC - Phase 2).
Blount were the first of the Iscin races and share the waters of Lake Dah-uh-deh with the Acubon and merchants who trade along the shores. They speak Ablanth and consider the adoption of human customs to be offensive, although many blount have become successful in service and bartending work. They do not Worship Iscin, but revere him as the race's creator, and also honor Mayatrish, who taught tolerance for all the races of Jorune. They carry containers of a noxious mixture call malthin, which can serve as an intoxicant for Blount, or a vicious stink-bomb against their enemies. Like the Acubon, they must keep moist to survive and in hot climes maintain "wet beds" - barrels of brackish water - at their workplace and their homes.

Blount Notes
Homelands: Lake Dah-uh-deh, most port cities
Language: Ablanth
Taboos: Taking on human affectations
Religion: Varied, Mayatrish dominant
Weaknesses: Must keep moist or skin is damaged, possibly fatal, physically weak
Special Uses: noxious Malthin as weapon.

two weeks pass...
maybe david will get carjacked AGAIN! and nate's brain fucks up when he hears the news! and a grief-stricken brenda gets drunk and fucks her brother - but wait: claire walks in on them! and rolls her eyes! so billy kills claire and brenda and then himself but not until making a bitchin collage about it! a collage so bitchin it drives his former dickhead professor to suicide! and brenda's slut mom dies from coochmaggots she gets from fucking the corpse (slow down lady!)! and ruth is thinking about this turn of events - the whole episode's a flashback, all this drama happened offscreen inbetween episodes - while driving george to chuck e cheese when BAM! they get hit by a rig! and it turns out keith's an autistic kid and he's staring in a crystal snowball that for some reason has a funeral home in it. roll credits.

haha the new timberlake has some heavy adult contemporary aspects, very 'i'm maturing'. it's not 80% lennon retreads though so it's better than listen without prejudice (vol. 1), and it's probably rooted more in marketing savvy than 'plz plz take me seriously' like listen w/o prej was. plus that "beard".
