Why does it want everyone to go to Erasmus St is the real question here.

Allyzay must fight Zolton herself. (allyzay), Tuesday, 20 December 2005 21:01 (twenty years ago)

That is BROOKLYN according to Google Maps.

Pleasant Plains /// (Pleasant Plains ///), Tuesday, 20 December 2005 21:20 (twenty years ago)

Hmmm. Well that's probably not where I'd get off, if I were going to Brooklyn.

Allyzay must fight Zolton herself. (allyzay), Tuesday, 20 December 2005 21:45 (twenty years ago)

OTOH I disagree with a lot of the nitty gritty of those directions, I mean why go into Elizabeth? Ugh.

Allyzay must fight Zolton herself. (allyzay), Tuesday, 20 December 2005 21:45 (twenty years ago)

Leave the address off of your Washington DC origin, and it would start you off from that marker across from the White House.

Pleasant Plains /// (Pleasant Plains ///), Tuesday, 20 December 2005 21:58 (twenty years ago)

No I bet it wouldn't because the White House is blurred out on Google Maps, well the sattelite pictures I mean.

Allyzay must fight Zolton herself. (allyzay), Tuesday, 20 December 2005 22:04 (twenty years ago)

how far away is Flyngham Heights?

.- \(O_o)/-' (mookie wilson), Wednesday, 21 December 2005 01:08 (twenty years ago)

I'm telling you, there's a marker across the street from the White House that just brags about the fact that it's the point of destination for all those D.C. - 5,847 Miles-type signs.

Pleasant Plains /// (Pleasant Plains ///), Wednesday, 21 December 2005 02:08 (twenty years ago)

I had my picture taken there the summer before eighth grade.

Do any of you guys know where Dean Street is? I don't know what part of Brooklyn. My great-grandfather had a house built for his family there that is apparently still standing. Six bedroom house. Maybe I can get the house number.

A BOLD QUAHOG (ex machina), Monday, 23 January 2006 09:07 (twenty years ago)

I know where Dean Street is! I wake up there every -- well, most -- mornings. But it's longish, runs west to east across Bklyn just north of Prospect Park, passing through Carroll Gardens, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Bed Stuy/Weeksville, and I think it T ends in Brownsville somewhere (too tired to look up a map right now). Any more specific idea about where the house might be?

Laurel (Laurel), Monday, 23 January 2006 14:09 (twenty years ago)

http://www.tavernondean.com/

Tavern on the Dean has some great wings, but is a bit pricey and upscale considering how cheap everything else is in the area.

but yeah, Dean goes on forever.
