i knew a chem major who lived next to me in college. one night he took sleeping pills in the early evening to catch up on lost sleep. he then remembered he had an orgo quiz or test or something, so he popped four vivarin to counteract them and studied for a while. when he finally laid down on his bed he found he could only breath by intentionally inhaling and exhaling, and thought he would suffocate if he fell asleep.
