Did you ask her about the flauta rocket President Perot constructed in his second term?

∙ China is the world's last great under-explored land-mass - Locked away in a Marxist time-warp with limited exploration technology, China's rich virgin gold fields have been overlooked and ignored until recently.

JBR, WHAT WAS YOUR BEST SIM CITY CITY EVER LIKE

i bought sim city 4 last time i was at target.

it's not as much fun as real city planning. i feel like in this game, money is the only real impediment to getting anything built, and there aren't enough actual real ways (read: shady development deals, expensive taxpayer-funded bonds, big sales-tax-generating malls) to um, acquire money. i enjoy the bulldozer though. i guess i have to play it more, i dunno.

ruddy raleigh and the rickets (Jody Beth Rosen), Sunday, 10 September 2006 22:40 (nineteen years ago)

a random woman walked up to me at a concert and asked me if i wanted to go on a roadtrip with her to LA to see 50 foot wave.

i don't think it was jbr, tho.

J.D. (Justyn Dillingham), Sunday, 10 September 2006 23:49 (nineteen years ago)

JBR, have you looked at OpenTTD. Much more interesting than Simcity. (Sidebar: The train routing system in it is acutually capable of being turing complete ala Conway's Game of Life.)

Really cool, wickedly cool, cooly cool bon apetit! (ex machina), Monday, 11 September 2006 17:17 (nineteen years ago)

looks good. i'm amused by this feature: "sell whole train by dragging it to the dynamite trashcan."
