why don't y'all just get up and talk to each other? i just dont get it. i'm in the rue on mag all the time and all i see is a bunch of people with their heads down reading or on the computer, which is fine if thats what you're there for.
then someone told me about this.
i was shocked, and i mean shocked, to read message after message about this girl or that guy and omg how hot, lord i hope you look this way because we could be having babies blah blah blah. and not only that, but people are writing messages hoping the other person will see it when the other person is sitting RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM for hours on end! and alone. and looking lonely. practically asking for somebody to come over and say something. and still, people post it as a "missed connection."
is it me or is this completely crazy?
memo: it is not a missed connection if the person was sitting next to you for 2 hours and you didnt say something. that's called having no guts. not a missed connection. they should create a new category on craigslist for that.
people, if the reason you go to the rue is not to study or surf but to augment your dating life and the "missed connection person" is hot enough that you feel the need to write about them on here, then for the love of God get up and DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!
