rrrobyn, Friday, 13 April 2007 03:00 (eighteen years ago)

sanskrit, Friday, 13 April 2007 03:37 (eighteen years ago)

tehresa, Friday, 13 April 2007 03:47 (eighteen years ago)

if only crystal pepsi actually had had crystals in it
like purple and blue and green crystals

and unicorns

rrrobyn, Friday, 13 April 2007 03:52 (eighteen years ago)

tehresa, Friday, 13 April 2007 03:55 (eighteen years ago)

Do you remember the crystal pepsi commercial with the van halen "right now" song? Very 90s.
That Orbitz stuff used to freak me out.

ENBB, Friday, 13 April 2007 03:56 (eighteen years ago)

(found while flickr searching dollarstore of course)

rrrobyn, Friday, 13 April 2007 05:03 (eighteen years ago)

crystal pepsi was amazingly gross. it tasted like fecking alka-seltzer cold and sinus.

orbitz, however, were amazing..though i doubt i could handle anything that sweet now.

coke's ok cola was the most hillarious 90's failed pop-beverage.

in 2001 cornell dairy launched a product called e-moo, which was carbonated, flavoured milk (strawberry, orange, and some other flavor...chocolate i assume). also fecking gross, clearly

its kind of odd how us companies go to such leangths t come up with novel drinks, when the asian companies have always/already beaten them to every punch

bb, Friday, 13 April 2007 13:32 (eighteen years ago)

ORBITZ IS UNAMERICAN

JW, Friday, 13 April 2007 14:52 (eighteen years ago)

the soda wasn't very good, but i remember dialing 1-800-I-FEEL-OK at every payphone i passed by

elmo argonaut, Friday, 13 April 2007 14:55 (eighteen years ago)

DID YOU DRINK BASIL SEED WITH HONEY YET?

ian, Friday, 13 April 2007 14:57 (eighteen years ago)

no, but i think TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT!

bell_labs, Friday, 13 April 2007 15:03 (eighteen years ago)

At a dinner hosted by Michael Ovitz it was Jerry Seinfeld who pointed out to Zyman that OK meant "nothing special". The next day on his return to Atlanta, Zyman cancelled the OK project. It can thus be claimed that Seinfeld was responsible for the downfall of OK soda.

artdamages, Friday, 13 April 2007 15:13 (eighteen years ago)

it's weird that his last name is Ovitz!

rrrobyn, Friday, 13 April 2007 15:16 (eighteen years ago)

orbitz conspiracy theory
