yo i knew some kids in berkeley who graduated + married + now they run a nonprofit where they take inner-city 4-7 grade kids from oakland up into the hills of berkeley where they teach them the basics of organic goat husbandry + goat cheese making and basic respect for nature and the fundamentals of the slow food movement, then they sell the goat cheese in the fancy market + put the money back into their nonprofit
