My dad just got sonned by his boss in a promotion beef. He has like 230 employees under him now and according to state precedent he should be up like 3 pay scales. But he only got raised one. His boss made him jump through hoops when he complained about this and then wrote on the form that he should only be raised one pay scale. Also, someone in a similar position to him only has 80 employees and is at the same pay scale wtf

Basically he's running like 1/4th of the entire department's employees

one pay scale upgrade is only like $8 more a day but it matters for his pensison.

my job thing is woman above me directly (who was promoted to her job from mine when i was hired) just gave her notice. i should be next in line. but boss tells me she is looking for someone with mba. girl before had no mba. arhghghghghg good luck finding someone who wants to work non-for-profit middle management with their $$$$$ degree
