Cex is a perennial fav, I think he waited out the period when Pitchfork types knew who he was and is now kind of an elder statesman to the noizeweirdo scene here. would you prefer if "Hawnay Troof" headlined?
I'm as yet undecided which show(s) I'm gonna hit up aside from probably avoiding the Spank Rock one.

Subject: WHARTSCAPE TICKETS IMPORTANT
hey all,
as many of you have probably heard, whartscape is getting close to SELLING OUT, which is fully awesome because it means that it is going to be an amazing and epic weekend, but is also bad, because it seems that many baltimoreans have yet to buy tix....
soooooooo, PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD that there are tickets available online at wildfirewildfire.com and whamcity.com, AND there are also physical ones that can be bought with physical cash at the CHARLES THEATRE and TRUE VINE.
this is important because there will be no tickets available at the door the night of the show, only people on the will call list or people with actual physical tickets will be able to get into the show.
plz spread the word about this, it is really important
yes!

Yeah I kinda have a love/hate thing with Wham City in general, still gradually picking and choosing what I can take or leave from the whole scene.
Cex can be super embarrassing and hard to watch but he changes his show every few months so I usually check for him just out of curiousity. Noize dudes probably would've liked the gothy live band thing he was doing last summer more than his usual yelling-with-a-laptop schtick.
