RSS Reader. Great stuff, I can get notified of updates to a million websites at once. Unfortunately, I seem to have subscribed to a bunch of sites where the articles are about the length of the headline, with a lot of duplication between sites. Also, it was apparently following an ex's long-dormant flickr account, causing me some level of annoyance when it became active the other day.
Cell phone that syncs appointments with my work/home calendars: Sweet! Now I finally remember when I have a morning meeting, etc. Unfortunately, the way each handles anniversaries (like birthdays) tends to work on one but create all-day appointments on my work calendar, making me appear busy.
Text messaging: Yeah, giving me a way to send messages to people while drunk at the bar is great, just great.
