leftover crepes from my brother's birthday brunch

i ate/am eating this sandwich... it was a bad choice. sounded really good at first--mozarella, ham, pepperoni, basil, onion & avocado. HOWEVER, i had no idea it was going to be a HOT sandwich.. so all the meat & the onions & basil were hacked up and grilled so it's impossibly oily. bummer. the beer i got is really good though.
