I think of "Over and Over" and "The Ledge" as 2 poles in my head or the way I live. Not necessarily the only 2 poles. Cycling slowly backwards and forwards between those 2 ways of feeling takes up a lot of my weeks. And there's a real somewhere in the middle of those, either about to speed towards the staccato "Ledge"-iness or stilling down towards a somewhat blank and deliberate melancholy "Over and Over"-tude. Where the gears grind and the wheels spin a little and things feel like they could go either way. But then still carrying on in the pre-determined direction. They're both ways of not connecting with people tho, I suppose. Either reverie or clanking cranking keep your distance armour.

Voted for "Sara," even in its abbreviated form. The guitar tone on "Think About Me" is my favorite on the album.

i went for sara too, though the best version is the outtake on the 2cd reissue. all these songs are brilliant, though the version of 'over and over' off the 1980 Live album has such an aching guitar solo that the Tusk take now leaves me cold.

Yeah I think I like Angel a lot more than any of my friends.
Just makes me feel good.
But tbh I made a mix of just Lindsey's songs with the demo versions from the 2 disc set and i listen to that more than Tusk proper.
