I was thinking the yellow Sports Walkman but I'm sure I had a couple before that. Not recalling the, uh, model numbers.

I had a lot of good times with my yellow Sony Sports walkmen. My first anything:http://www.thisoldtoy.com/new-images/images-ok/800-899/fp826-fpt14354-tape-rec.JPG I would read my Dr. Seuss and Berenstein Bears books into it and listen back to the tapes later. Lol. Getting all kinds of nostalgia kicks lookin at this thing.

i had a really sucky SONY midi system when i was 14, the tape deck ran slow, but no one would believe me, and the turntable was sucky. it had a CD player, though, the first in my bloodline as far as I can tell.

Trip Maker, I have had one of those since I was two as well, I still use it now. Waiting on putting some 1/4 jacks in it.

i had the same fisher-price tape player. i used it to: a) wake up my parents on the weekend by playing the chipmunks theme song at top volume, and b) try to record members of my family going to the bathroom

AUTOREVERSE BITCHES
there was never anything more urgent and key in history than autoreverse on your walkman. it was a battery drain though.
