yeah i saw those assholes from the tribune at the blackdice show. the photographer had 2 $4000 digicams and was using some serious flash. The lighting was so incredible and he was destroying it. he tried to pick me up by talking cameras with me and he was like... you should use a flash... and i was like... fuck you. you think you're a pro or something because you have that ferrari of a camera. If anyone wants to see the photographic record of the chicago black dice perfromance, I've got it.

the funny thing is .. when I was composing that post, I couldn't even remember Dianogah's name! I was all like ... what was the name of that other shitty Chicago band who were total Tortoise-mimicing chancers?? and then I was like, oh yeah - they put stuff out on MY PAL GOD. the band is undecidedly broken-up (eg, no "boredoms" shows in japan since fuji rock 2000)

Okay, Bore-fanatics, we only have a handful of these and we will NOT be getting more. A brand new book of original art from Boredoms frontman Eye Yamataka, in the style of the graphics of all the many Boredoms and related (UFO or Die, DJ Hellshit & MC Carhouse, DJ Pica Pica Pica etc.) releases over the years. All the colorful, splattery, scribbly, chaotic collaged weirdness we've come to love! It's kinda like children's art, by a very punk rock little kid, on drugs. Eye's "Bore Flag" logo is a repeated motif. Released through Australian imprint P.A.M., these are gorgeous full color 36 page perfect bound books, 5 1/2" by 8 1/2", quite cool. And again: EXTREMELY LIMITED. Once this batch is gone, they are gone for good!
