I don't have my speakers in: is that "Sound of Wonder" upthread Lollywood pop music?

bamcquern, Sunday, 27 September 2009 03:38 (fifteen years ago)

most of ilm would rather count year-end votes on fifty mostly boring albums than seek out new music imo, hence noise supremacy

omar little, Sunday, 27 September 2009 03:38 (fifteen years ago)

yesss ^__^

omar little, Sunday, 27 September 2009 03:38 (fifteen years ago)

That Onra disc is pretty interesting. Songs sometimes run too short, need fleshing-out I think.

dmr, Sunday, 27 September 2009 15:56 (fifteen years ago)

oh wait that's what Lollywood means isn't it ... Lahore / Hollywood?

dmr, Sunday, 27 September 2009 15:57 (fifteen years ago)

Sound of Wonder might be my favorite Finders Keepers compilation.

Jacob Sanders, Sunday, 27 September 2009 17:46 (fifteen years ago)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-q5veAws5h8&feature=related

You guys have to watch this, it's my absolute favorite. It used to be listed with a weird title, like "XIZZLING SMUT FANTASTIC" or something, with all these deliberate misspellings in the tags, which were mostly suggestive of something pornographic. I guess the person who put up the video originally thought that it was smutty? But then it was taken down and I've been looking for it ever since and it looks like it's been bumped up in the search results recently.

(Originally I found it looking for vintage disco club scenes.)

bamcquern, Sunday, 27 September 2009 18:00 (fifteen years ago)

Almost all of the videos with the TIP TOP logo are good, and they have a very similar look with regards to sets and costumes and editing and camera work. But this one is still the best one I've found.

bamcquern, Sunday, 27 September 2009 18:03 (fifteen years ago)
