yeah, that was a problem for me too. some of it is leaning forward more, some of it is bending at the waist and taking deep exhales after, some of it is DON'T BLOW YOUR NOSE for like five minutes, some of it is just doing it over and over again until you get the right angle for your head and everything's kinda cleared out. try and fight through it.

I do it in the shower. Gross maybe (OK definitely) but better for getting the right angle + good humidity helps. I use sea salt because that's the salt I have, plus a bit of baking soda for pH.
