I remember when I used to go to Pizza Hut at lunch time with seven colleagues for the all you can eat deal. The waiter would put down a pizza, we'd each grab a slice, then they'd put down another pizza. I'd look up and there'd be a procession of waiters coming from the kitchens, holding aloft pizzas. In a quarter hour we'd destroy the bollocks out of fourteen, fifteen, sixteen pizzas, and then jet out of there like a Gulfstream.

indian pizza is way better than i would have expected. and pretty obvious too if you consider it's basically just indian food on top of naan-like bread

xp- ya i could see something like that being on a california pizza kitchen-style menu, and that being awful. there are a few specialty indian pizza places in sf that seem to have gotten it right, but from a cursory google search it seems like this is pretty much just a local thing still

seems south (east) asian pizza owes its passablity to the tandoori oven - in thailand a couple times i saw a lil unit sitting out back makin magic - prob migrated over there via burma

you can strategically place the rolls, yes. tbh that is what we did, but actually on eating the pies, i found that my favorite pieces were those with a carelessly halved roll
