maybe neither one of us needs to be a mod on ilv. i get sick of clicking on pictures too. i mean, when do we need a moderator anyway? i locked a couple of rolling 2010 threads to make way for new ones. that's about the extent of my modding.

scott seward, Monday, 17 January 2011 23:54 (thirteen years ago) link

yeah, we don't mod much!

this one bugs me because they changed "hydroplane" to "hydroplanes" but forgot to add an "s" to the end of the pronunciation.

you guys are not being strict enough imo. Those Clinic covers are far more than "just text." also: ugly.

this rateyourmusic list gathers up a lot of these, athough some of the inclusions have non-textual design elements.

a ton of Peel Sessions compilations (on Peel's Strange Fruit Records, late '80s) are like this. I'm guessing this is a list of all the artists that had ever recorded with Peel, but I could be wrong.

Nice browsing through all those names on that sleeve, love the way it runs from the Electro Hippies through to the Shadows. Have still not heard the Can sessions, I should fix that.

That's just sticker with the text, btw, the actual album sleeve is all solid black except for the catalog number and record company info.

idk I mean that's a record cover w/ text but is it really a Favorite one?
