what would these be called?

"wall tomb" is the closest I could find, although there doesn't seem to be a common, agreed-upon term for it. "apartment-style" or "condo-style" is a more evocative way of putting it.

these are very common in the Philippines.

A food vendor walks above a wall of tombs, where shanty housing also exists on All Saint's Day, November 1, 2003 in the North Cemetery of Manila, Philippines. As the largest Catholic nation in Asia this public holiday allows Filipinos to visit the family cemeteries for overnight and weekend vigils. They bring candles and flowers and pay respects to departed loved ones. Offices and schools close as the usually silent graveyards become a party with food and music.

James Chance's photo documentary Living with the Dead, about destitute people who live in one of these cemeteries in Manila, is well worth watching.

Controversial businesswoman Janet Lim-Napoles spent her last minutes of freedom inside a large mausoleum in Taguig City that not only houses her mother's tomb, but also served as venue for a grand Halloween party in the past.

According to Emil Sumangil's exclusive report on GMA News TV's “News To Go” on Friday, the air-conditioned granite mausoleum at the Heritage Memorial Park was where Napoles's mother, Magdalena Lim, was interred. It was where Malacañang officials picked her up on the night she surrendered.

Based on a GMA News video taken last All Saints' Day, the mausoleum was also used as a venue for a Halloween party, complete with an air-conditioned tent and overflowing food.

The report said Napoles, the alleged brains behind the P10-billion pork barrel scam, owns the 300-square-meter cemetery lot where the mausoleum was built. It said the lot amounts to P30 million at current market value.
