My friend was the girl in the Wicked Game video. She got a rash all over her body where ever Chris Isaak touched her, I asked her why she said the only thing she was alergic to were snakes!!! Tim Buckley wrote the song with lyricist Larry Beckett. Tim is also the original performer of the song, and he sang it beautifully. Unlike This Mortal Coil, he didn't need synthesizers or Auto-Tune to enhance his voice.

"She missed his intestenes, gross??? Ben from EBTG had a disease wherwe they had to pull out his intestenes. STRANGE GIRL Tracey is sad to say good bye to that part of Bens body soooo she save some of his intestenes make them in to 5 rings, 1 each finger of her right hand. She had them on at the EBTG show in Mirtle Beach. You know she sings this song live she crooch down in to a cactus position to sing Desert and jumps up waves her hands to sing Rain, little interpative dance for you. Well shes doing the dance and waves her hands, all 5 rings fly of her fingers in to the pit. Tracy she freak out yells ""BENNY THATS YOU DOWN THERE"" AUdience just scambling to find the rings. Right away 1 + 2 + 3 rings thrown back on stage, 4 + 5 a few minute later. Tracy slips them back on, what a relief huh....... NO well after the show Tracys back stage she look at the rings, can tell 2 of them arent Bens intestenes, run a D.N.A. test shes right! Someone Elses intestenes but whose? All they find in the pit after the concert is Neiko Heavy Duty Bolt Cutters dentalfloos and some ravedrugs.

This song is about an individual who's chosen to turn his back on God and is dealing with the consequences.

1.When there's lightning, you know it always brings me down= Light is God, when he's reminded of the absence of God in his life he sinks deeper into depression

2.Cause it's free and I see that it's me who's lost and never found= In God you find true freedom, without him you're in bondage to your sins. Also the lost and never found is a play on the words from Amazing Grace "I once was lost but now I'm found" a song about redemption through God's grace and love.

3.I cry out for magic= He yearns for something more, something supernatural, there has to be more to life

4.I feel it dancing in the light= He feels the answer may be God, his conscience is leaning towards that

5.It was cold, lost my hold to the shadows of the night= though he did seek God at first, the temptations of evil appealed more to him, and in the end won out

6.No sign of the morning coming= Jesus is the morning star(REV 22:16)morning also brings the light(God), but he's not coming because it's too late, the individual is now in Hades.

7.You've been left on your own= Hades is total absence of God, you are alone.

8.Like a Rainbow in the Dark a Rainbow in the Dark= A rainbow doesn't exit without light, you don't exist without God. Your potential would have shown through if you had followed God and allowed his light to fill you, instead you chose darkness and no future.
