I used to go to a little Brazilian restaurant/club in Milan and drank the fuck out of caipirinhas one cold winter. Somehow they made Milan less grim.

My favorite from Peru was the caipirolo, which is similar but with pisco and a shit ton of muddled limon, possibly the greatest citrus I have ever tasted.

so tru. if the limes are kinda dry you might have to use a whole one. i also like a mix of brown and white sugar. the best thing about this drink is if you are making it right it really gets better as the melts some in the glass.
