why do "n"s and "l"s sound the same? that is the hardest thing i am challenged with when learning gong tong is the slurring/blurring of "n'/"l" sounds. sometimes someone will say a word with an "n" and the next time they say it with an "l". i asked some friends about this and they say it's a slang/cool way of HK-speak. i don't know what to make of that!
