― cool app (uh oh I'm having a fantasy), Thursday, 27 August 2009 19:32 (sixteen years ago)
but in pusher II he really gets pwned all the time, the dude in the first pusher film gets pwned but still retains some strength and he's not really a guy everyone else thinks is weak and useless (he just gets in a tight spot he can't escape.) the director said that his goal in pusher II was to end every scene with the lead character completely humiliated and every other character clearly thinks he's a loser and a pushover (this all despite his ultimate happy ending.)
― the moreno you knowshon (omar little), Friday, 28 August 2009 01:49 (sixteen years ago)
true that, though plenty of other characters in the first pusher film thought the main guy was weak and useless enough that they didn't pay him/supply him when he wanted them too. The fact that his girlfriend takes his money and bails on him at the end was pretty serious pwnage.
