The role of a Tour-Manager :
-Answering Calls promptly
-Work with private and corporate clients, organization of events abroad, accompanying groups, client payment processing.
-Ensure completion of the booking form & other related paperwork is completed clearly
-Ensure there is good communication between fellow colleagues
- Working as a team with fellow colleagues to achieve team targets
