That's a cornbread pancake? Oh yeah. But same with potato pancakes, you got to eat them hot or they go from A+ to C-. Regular pancakes, they're even great cold.

i find reg pancakes are kinda useless cold... potato pancakes i enjoy cold tho. and they are more reheatable imo

I love traditional pancakes, but I always prefer eggs etc. at breakfast, so I almost never eat them. Sometimes for an oddball dinner or whatever.
I love corn cakes! Eat them all the time (+sriracha, obv).
