Been cookin this week. Lunch today was a stir fry of bell peppers, onion, avocado, garlic & strips of portabello on a bed of whole grain rice. Dinner tonight prolly chicken breast and some mixed greens and a egg or something.
Talked to an uncle who's a nutritionist and he big upped my current diet plan of about 3k calories a day. I feel full pretty much all the time and I'm actually getting leaner!! <3 <3
