We send dope local snakfoodz to 1p3ers in distant places.
I offer Tim's (flavor of your choosing, Jalapeno are the classic, salt & vinegar are my personal faves) and Salsitas (not sure those are local, but Hoos and J0rdan don't seem to have them).

i got some pinapple lumps last year from just1ne and they are so cool because they remind me of like a light, fluffy banana laffy taffy marshmallow covered in chocolate.
i found jaffas at wegmans.
i don't think dc has any kind of special snax.

DC is near enough to Baltimore that you probably get "crab"-flavored (at least Old Bay flavored) chips, right? I know they were everywhere when I used to visit Baltimore a lot.
Utz is a potato chip/pretzel company, Trayce (the dark pretzels are amazing, ditto the lard-cooked chips).

Bill I never did send you those chili choc timtams all those years back, did I? Bah. They dont make them anymore either. I am intrigued by the idea of lard cooked chips. SOmeone oughta do duckfat fried chips. Those'd be nice.
― Concubine Tree (Trayce), Sunday, 10 April 2011 04:12 (fourteen years ago)
Caitlin was supposed to send me some too! Way back when. It's all good.
The lard-cooked chips are amazing, and kettle-cooked chips usually aren't even my thing. They go stale faster, which might have originally been the reason for switching to vegetable oil.

taquitos had such a high rel valuable in elementary school this one kid would show up with a half dozen taquitos for lunch & end up with an enormous pile of sandwiches, dunkaroos, choc granola bars, juiceboxes. least valuable was probably yoghurt tubes

I was lucky, I lived behind my school so i went home for lunch and ate ramen noodles and toasted cheese sammiches.
