Fruiti Sushi

There's nothing fishy about this colorful sushi! The lunch crowd will be lurking once your kids pull out this awesome treat.

Prep Time:20 min
Start to Finish:20 min
Makes:16 candies

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups Rice Chex® cereal (gluten free)
1 cup white vanilla chips
4 rolls Betty Crocker® Fruit Roll-Ups® chewy fruit snack in favorite flavor (from 5-oz box), unwrapped
12 candy worms

Preparation Directions
1. Place cereal in resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag and crush with fingers to 3/4 cup.
2. In medium microwavable bowl, microwave white vanilla chips as directed on package until melted and stirred smooth. Add crushed cereal; stir until well coated.
3. Unroll fruit snack rolls. For each sushi roll, spread 1/4 of cereal mixture on snack roll to within 1/2 inch of one short side. Arrange 3 candy worms, side by side, on cereal-covered short side.
4. Starting with short side topped with candy worms, roll up each snack roll tightly, pressing unfilled short side of roll to seal.
5. Let sushi rolls stand 5 to 10 minutes or until firm. Cut each roll into 4 slices.

Make and Take
Arrange sushi pieces on a disposable plate and overwrap with plastic wrap, stretching tightly across the top to look like sushi from the grocery store.

Margarita Chex® Fiesta Mix

Salt, lime and a dash of tequila provide authentic margarita flavor to this adult snack mix. Olé!

Prep Time:10 min
Start to Finish:1 hr 25 min
Makes:20 servings (1/2 cup each)

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons tequila
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 envelopes instant margarita mix (from 3 1/3-oz package)
4 cups Corn Chex® cereal
3 cups Rice Chex® cereal
2 cups Wheat Chex® cereal
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup bite-size pretzel twists
1 cup dried cranberries or cherries

Preparation Directions
1. Heat oven to 250°F.
2. In ungreased large roasting pan, melt butter in oven. Stir in tequila, seasoned salt, red pepper and dry margarita mix. Stir in cereals, nuts and pretzels until evenly coated.
3. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Stir in cranberries. Spread on paper towels to cool, about 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.

Tips
You can use 9 cups of Corn Chex® or Rice Chex® instead of a combination of the three cereals.
Make this mix family-friendly by substituting 2 tablespoons lime juice for the tequila.
For a touch of whimsy, rub the rim of a very large margarita glass with a cut lime. Dip the rim in coarse salt, and present the snack mix in the glass.
