Sadly enough, I can actually answer this with some degree of accuracy, as I've been keeping a timesheet broken down into periods of 15 minute each.

15% meals/bathroom
37% training/study/finding a job
10% e-mail/website/TV
2% exercise
12% music
21% ILX (ouch...)
