New gym is grebt experience. My old gym was always so packed that I couldn't get half the equipment I needed, affecting my progress. The new 'un is so awes that I am perpetually aghast. All the equipment is 500 years old (rated in POUNDS) but it has everything I need in abundance. After about six weeks I'm already making size gains.

It's a good gym and it has plenty of equipment even when busy. And everyone who is everyone goes there! I even saw a friend of mine, a journalist for the ABC, there last night.
