its 2 years old but it works fine. it is very tiny and i am starting to do stuff that might eventually demand a nicer/bigger comp

why dont you get a dece cheap monitor from dell (like $200ish) and plug it into that

maybe get an external keyboard too so you don't have to put the netbook right infront of the monitor in an awkward way
