tev, gary was the kid on diffr'nt strokes. the twist is he was actually a lot older than the character he played for 10-or-so years as he had a genetic growth deficiency.

yes, that truly is Dennis in his younger years...it is of him at the Oscars, when he was nominated for his role alongside John Wayne in 'The Schtatts Strikes Back'...Hollywood life and too much western food took its toll on him, so he moved to East Anglia and began a new career...here is a picture of him during his first winter in Hitchin, somewhere over Purwell way 'doing the rounds'...

TMZ has learned Gary Coleman is currently hospitalized in Utah -- and we're told he's in critical condition.
Sources tell us Coleman was admitted yesterday -- after he was transported from his home in Utah around 12:50 PM.
Coleman's brother-in-law tells TMZ Coleman suffered a head injury after a fall.
