They obviously do not understand the nature of your employment.
The best thing to do is keenly complete the bits that generate more work for those above you in super quick time, this usually stops them in their tracks as they will then have to work harder in order to maintain previous perceived level of efficiency. No one wants to work harder. Unless they are mad or newly employed. Or heavens forbid doing a job they enjoy. (if that reallly ever happens)
