History-X?
Scum?

In many ways Scum's infamous "greenhouse scene" is "the daddy" of all non-consential buggery, however the only saving grace is that those lads don't drag it out too long.
On the other hand Deliverance's "little piggy" get's it pretty bad, and whilst his mates watch, however doesn't seem to struggle very much.
Then there's American History X's "shower scene", admittedly not as bad as the shower scene in Shindlers List, but still, the close-up of soap bubbles and blood on the floor is pretty grim!
Or even The Shawshank Redemption?
How about Pulp Fiction - the added touch of the pool ball in the mouth and a gimp on wires probably wins this for me - yeah!

The thing is, if people start to realise that prison isn't full of huge bearded nazi dudes, who'll rape your ass sooner than look at you, then suddenly prison isn't so scary, then every wannabee gangster is gonna start doing a lot more crime. The movie industry needs to repell the image of 'easy' prisons with TV, DVD, computer games, etc, and reinforce that hardened image of beastings, slocks and trazers.
So, keep our streets safe, by keeping our prison movies dark! You know it makes sense.
