i showed up at the end of the undertaker/hassan match, where the undertaker powerbombs him straight to hell thru an opening on the stage.

the Eddy/Rey match was fine, even if we all kept figuring that his kid was gunna do the Raven thing and turn on this dad. I think the WWE had one cameraguy who's entire job for the night was to hold extreme close-up stots of the kids face, looking concerned & somewhat anguished.

the mexicools/bWo was fine, nothing memorable. the JBL/Batista thing was enh, as expected.

I'm just getting back into wrestling, after a three year absence. Between Smackdown and the ECW One Night Stand ppv, JBL has actually impressed me with his mic work. I was wondering if he was still worthless in the ring, though, and from what I've read on the internet pretty much everybody seems to think he still is. Too bad, as his character is actually kind of entertaining.

But, man, Undertaker? What the hell. That shit was getting old in like '92. He was briefly interesting again in '98, but damn, what a drag he is every time he appears on the screen.

I didn't see it but it sounds very shitty that they're apparently hodling off on conclusions to certain feuds until Summerslam.
I'm surprised by the seeming rip-off factor of the Rey-Eddie match; they didn't have Eddie win and reveal the secret. Do the WWE hate their fans?

I'm also disapointed that the Batista-JBL feud is apparently going to continue. I like both those guys a lot but their rivalry is unmotivated and lifeless.

I didn't see the show, but the booking sounds horrible. DQ finish in a bad main event? Illogical ending to the Eddie-Rey match? Hot-shotting the tag titles onto a poetry-reader and the brother of the Head of Talent Relations?

the whole idea, i thought, was eddie would lose and STILL tell the secret (BEFORE HE DOESN'T KEEP HIS WORDS>?!??! LIE CHEAT STEAL REMEMBER?)

maybe he'll still do it, on smackdown (they just still haven't yet managed to dream up a good enough "SECRET")
