Human Tornado on an international stage makes me a happy bunny. New Jack on MTV makes me even moreso. If they let him tell the story of the time he went to a KKK rally, I'm predicting ratings.

I'm awfully curious, as I would think that MTV considers wrestling very unhip now. Maybe they're planning to pillage the better ideas from American indie promotions but sexed up with MTV money/visuals. Perhaps anticipating the wrestling resurgance in mainstream pop culture and the shape it might take.
I'd say build the whole thing around Teddy Hart, the guy is a bit of a genius. And his obnoxious b-boy acrobat sidekick Jack Evans, well he's great too.

Jack Evans will die for your sins, and that alone makes him worthwhile.

Honestly, the wrestling product will probably be utterly horrible, but I bet it shits on TNA's ratings.

I'll watch this(read: d/l the torrents) just for the Human Tornado alone.

I'm curious to see what Vampiro's been up to for the last 6 years.

Yeah, that's what I'm guessing. My prediction is that it's going to be wrestling in two breeds: eye-catching flippy-floppy indie pretty boys pulling out lots and lots of high-flying, low-psychology spotfests, and some of the Backyard Wrestling DVD guys making it onto a larger stage. Throw in, say, Raven, Waltman, the rest of that lot... (MTV and Spike are owned by the same company, correct? I'm guessing that no-compete deals won't have any significance here). It should make for an "interesting" experiment, anyway.
