She was, but they're now divorced. Edge got married again last fall.

It's a big deal in that Matt and Edge are good friends, which makes the whole thing pretty sleazy. But it's hardly unprecedented in wrestling (or in everyday life). No matter what these guys do with their personal lives, if the WWE thinks there's money in them, they'll continue to be pushed.

from the sounds of what happened on raw last night, looks like this doesnt amount to much. edge wasnt punished, hardy wasnt even there, people allegedly were wary around edge but it just sounds like high school to me.

what's with the whole matt hardy speech then? i thought you're like totally not suppose to like shatter the "illusion" that things in wrestling aren't real like saying marriage with kane wasn't really etc. in those words like without using euphemisms like "entertainment" or something. ("lita's marriage with kane was just entertainment but edge's hazards are real" or something)
