I do kinda feel sorry for him. I don't know about his "chances of maintsream success" though. He was really young when he debuted in the WWF, with a pretty awful gimmick. After that, he was basically there as part of the package with Sunny, who I guess is the original WWF Diva. I'm not blaming all of his troubles on her, because he has admitted to a lot of mistakes in interview, but she surely didn't help his cause. Of course, neither does being part of this scummy industry.

Dom, I can always count on you to tell it like it is no matter what the situation.

I hadn't realized he was so young. At only 32 he had a lot of years left in the business.

This ranks extremely low on the 'shocking and appalling ways for wrestlers to die' scale. I was never a big fan of anything he did, but I feel for his family, coworkers, etc.

Did Siaki break his ankle? I pay zero attention to TNA...

It's reminiscent of Bill Hicks really, isn't it? Cleans up his life, gets off the drugs, gets into shape, and dies anyway.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Friday, 29 April 2005 15:52 (twenty years ago)

Yeah, Siaki landed on his leg really awkwardly. Remember than he also nearly killed Allan Funk with a moonsault a couple of years back in Finland as well... he's the new Ahmed Johnson!

Yeah, Bill Hicks also died in his early 30's, didn't he? Uncanny.

I'm sure there will be loads of lawsuits with this one.

I guess we'll see in the upcoming weeks just how low will rasslin' go.

What came of Sunny? She stripped off for a DVD some time ago and from the screen grab I saw she was about two tonnes! Ugh. Did she date Candido to the end?

Ken, delete ILWWE.
