After 3 years of managing without i'm finally gonna be able to bake and roast.

Suggestions on what i can knock up in my nice new electric oven would be appreciated.

Yea, Roastbeast! I would do that - roast something at a crunchy skin inducing high temp in one side and bake cup custard or something equally delicate and low temp requiring in the other side. Or make a quadruple batch of cookie dough and bake it all at once!
