Where can I obtain the synthetic cream that is used in shop cakes? I think it may come in a powder form.
Would love some for Christmas my Trifle.

Kraft Foods makes Dream Whip that you might be able to find. Or, find a local wholesale restaurant supplier (though you might have to buy a massive quantity).

Synthetic cream is one of my guilty pleasures. We get cakes at work whenever it's somebody's birthday and the cocount finger w/synth. cream is the absolute bestest. I have one heading my way on Tuesday.
