Recipes with ELEPHANT Garlic?

I sauteed a little very quickly (so it was still a little crunchy) and added it to my spaghetti and it was a delicious taste and texture treat.

I want to use this some more, but the internet is not exactly overflowing with recipes that make the most of this beast.

Any afficionados out there care to share?

it's milder than regular garlic, so it's good for roasting then spreading on things. cut off part of the top of a bulb of it, then brush it with olive oil. wrap in foil and put it in the oven at 325 or so for 45min to an hour.
