Teach me polenta.

This week a fancy-shmancy olive oil store opened in my neighborhood. I dropped by today. The store was tiny and quiet and the shop lady was so nice, so i had to buy something, right? The only thing I could afford at the moment was a vacuum-sealed brick of farina for polenta. Where to start? Any special tricks, yummy additions, etc. are requested!
