currently at the top of my list: dona maria mole sauces. simmer a jar with some chicken parts, and you end up with something that's near restaurant quality.

Trader Joe's sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil. They are delish, work on pizza or salad, for potroast, in bolognese, zoomed up as a cream soup, or ground up with olives/capers/etc as a tapenade.

The huacatay is great on everything: roast meats, potato salad, stews. But I mostly use the rocoto and panca chili sauces. Which I used to get at the deeply mourned Kitchen/Market.
