I am looking for suggestions. I know a few people with these eating disorders and I want to help. I know they have already brainwashed themselves to like the stuff they call food, but the prevelance of "mock" meats reveals their right and natural love of real meat. Deprogramming seems obvious but problematic. I am looking for suggestions on food that can be used to deprogram the vegan/veggies. Deception is within the realm of sanctioned activities, aka, cooking "veggie" food in delicious pork fat.

The ones who like the fake meat seem to stop being vegetarian eventually anyway. Eventually.

Smoke curing is always tasty. I don't usually recommend turning them into jerky , though, unless there's enough fat on them since it can leave them somewhat insipid tasting. I'm not particularly given to sugar curing either, but that's just me.
