Fried tilapia ones.
Gutted and beheaded the fish myself!
Made them taste even better than they would have.

These sound awesome. My favorite has been a shrimp po' boy with a good bit of horseradishy remoulade sauce - I never thought about trying to make one at home. Gah, want one so bad! I'll be calamari'd make a fantastic sandwich.
